Why one person, with two very different degrees
Teresa Kearl has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Cybersecurity & Information Assurance. Most tech-support companies have neither. Silver Tech Savvy exists because she noticed a gap between the two: families needed personalized training to protect their digital lives, and almost nothing available to them combined real technical depth with the patience to actually teach it.
Her work today spans securing the accounts and devices of elderly clients, training people in anti-fraud techniques, helping small businesses adopt cyber-safe practices, and conducting HIPAA compliance security evaluations for medical clinics.
